🔧 Key Responsibilities

A. Project Governance Setup & Maintenance

Establish and maintain governance structures for BEx and site-level projects

Develop and manage project templates, trackers, schedules, and reports

Ensure standardization and consistency across PM processes

B. Portfolio Oversight & Tracking

Track progress of:

Site Master Plan critical projects

Lean & Six Sigma (Improve stage) projects

One Plan initiatives

Monitor milestones, timelines, risks, and actions

Escalate delays and issues via governance channels

C. Reporting & Communication

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Consolidate workstream updates into structured summaries

Support leadership reviews, tier meetings, and project discussions

D. Coordination & Follow-Up

Liaise with cross-functional teams for project updates

Follow up on actions, decisions, and deliverables

Support meeting logistics (scheduling, agenda, minutes)

E. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain up-to-date project documentation (plans, charters, trackers, minutes)

Ensure audit-ready documentation aligned with site and BEx standards

🎓 Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Solid understanding of PM fundamentals and PMO workflows

Experience in Lean / Six Sigma projects (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured reporting tools
