Candidate must be equipped with:

• Bachelor's Degree or above

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in consulting or advisory services

• Strong foundational skills in research and hypothesis development

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication abilities

• Experience of developing new businesses, especially in public sectors

• Demonstrated ability to drive and accelerate innovation initiatives for clients

• Experience in evaluating and analyzing public policies

• Excellent command of both spoken and written Japanese and English languages to liaise with our clients and counterparts in Japan and internationally.
