Job Summary

As the founder and appointed Director, you will lead the company’s strategic planning, investment management, and business development initiatives across Singapore and the region. You will drive business growth by managing investments, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans to achieve growth objectives in diverse business sectors including e-commerce, construction, trading, property, and energy
• Manage investment portfolios by evaluating opportunities, monitoring performance, and optimizing returns to support the company’s financial goals
• Establish and nurture business partnerships to expand market presence and create new revenue streams
• Ensure adherence to Singapore’s regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards by implementing effective compliance frameworks
• Provide management consultancy and advisory services to clients, delivering strategic planning, business development, operational improvement, and organizational management support
