Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination of site activities to ensure timely installation of blinds, curtains, roller blinds, and motorised systems
• Collaborate with installers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain smooth project workflows
• Schedule and manage site measurements, deliveries, and installation timelines to meet project deadlines
• Communicate progress and installation schedules effectively with main contractors, interior designers, and clients
• Attend site meetings to provide updates and address operational challenges
• Conduct precise site measurements and verify window dimensions to ensure accurate product specifications before fabrication or installation
• Inspect installation quality to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate delivery logistics for blinds, curtains, tracks, and accessories to align with installation schedules
• Monitor material stock levels and report shortages proactively to prevent project delays
• Prepare detailed site reports, installation checklists, and completion records to document project status
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, measurements, and work orders for accurate record-keeping
• Submit regular progress updates to the Project Manager to support informed decision-making
• Enforce adherence to site safety requirements and company policies in coordination with contractors

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field
• Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of site coordination experience, preferably in blinds, curtains, interior fitting, or renovation works
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple site schedules effectively
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites while managing competing priorities
