Role Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruiting new beneficiaries (community visits, calls)
- Engaging beneficiaries (paid activities, registration renewals)
- Activity Facilitator on days with activities
- Preparing and executing activities
- Cleaning up the centre & organising inventory
- Student administration & customer service (managing attendance and post-activity feedback sheets, answering queries, resolving complaints)
- Managing volunteers during activities (giving instructions, briefing & debriefing)
Requirements
- Passionate about the education and social work industry
- Enjoy speaking to families via calls and Whatsapp
- Workdays are Wednesday - Sunday, Off on Monday – Tuesday
- Wednesday - Friday: Work from home
- Saturday - Sunday: Teaching duty at Boon Lay / Marsiling
- Work hours are from 9:30am - 6:30pm
- NYC YCCI Cycle 12: March 2026 – August 2026 (Minimum commitment of 5 months, exact schedule to be announced)
