🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Office Hours

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned service points (front counter, admin & operations).

• Partner Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve system/process issues.

• Drive service improvements to enhance patient experience.

• Achieve assigned service volume and financial targets.

• Support budgeting, reviews with clinical heads, and development of new services.

• Lead and manage non-nursing staff, including appraisals and training.

• Handle staff recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.

• Ensure effective two-way communication between staff and management.

• Participate in campus initiatives, committees, and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

• Healthcare operations experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Able to multitask and work under tight timelines.
