Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Coordinate client onboarding, follow-ups, and service updates
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in CRM systems
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, and presentation materials
- Support client retention initiatives and satisfaction surveys
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Help resolve client issues promptly and professionally
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and above
- Training will be provided
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and tracking
