Design and Planning: Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints, analyzing survey reports, maps, and geological data to determine project feasibility.
Project Management: Overseeing construction sites, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost constraints.
Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with government regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental impact assessments.
Technical Investigation: Conducting site inspections and soil testing to determine foundation requirements.
