Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement programs with age-appropriate teaching aids to support learning.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and address their individual educational and developmental needs.
• Complete progress reports each semester and compile a developmental portfolio for every child.
• Apply positive discipline techniques consistently to guide children’s behavior.
• Ensure proper upkeep of teaching resources, classroom arrangement, decorations, and overall learning environment.
• Stay familiar with all curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy manuals, and apply them in daily practice.

Requirements:

• Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH)
• Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Studies (ECS)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE)
• Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education
