Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy and execution. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive brand positioning, community growth, and user acquisition across diverse international markets. You will work closely with product, business development, and compliance teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with Web3 users while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the company’s global marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and tokenomics.
Lead and scale the marketing team across multiple regions (APAC, US, Europe, LATAM).
Manage budget allocation across performance, community, and branding initiatives. - Brand & Communications
Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all markets.
Oversee external communications, PR, and media relations.
Represent the company at industry conferences, summits, and thought-leadership forums. - Growth & Acquisition
Drive user acquisition strategies (referral programs, airdrops, paid campaigns, influencer/KOL marketing).
Optimize growth funnels and retention strategies using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with product teams to align marketing with launches, listings, and ecosystem expansions. - Community & Ecosystem Marketing
Build and oversee global community management (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, WeChat, Reddit, etc.).
Develop ambassador and advocate programs to drive organic growth.
Ensure marketing campaigns reinforce community trust and transparency. - Analytics & Optimization
Define and track KPIs (trading volume, user growth, active wallets, DAU/MAU).
Monitor competitor and market trends to stay ahead of narratives.
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and long-term engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with at least 3–5 years in fintech, blockchain, or Web3.
- Proven success in scaling global user bases or ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 culture, community dynamics, and digital marketing channels.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience managing distributed/global teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated industry.
