LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008.

What You'll Do:

As a Centre Manager, you’ll play a vital role in both the day-to-day operations and the overall success of the centre. You will:

● Oversee centre administration (rosters, scheduling, fee collection, etc.)

● Manage student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration)

● Support a team of teachers and administrators to deliver a high-quality experience

● Schedule classes efficiently and ensure smooth centre operations

● Maintain accurate records (student data, finances, reports)

● Build strong rapport with students, parents, and the teaching team

● Uphold LCentral’s brand standards in image, presentation, and service

● Create a positive, professional, and nurturing learning environment

Who You Are:

● Minimum O-Level qualification (or higher)

● Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English

● Organised, responsible, and able to multitask effectively

● A natural people-person with a customer service mindset

● Enjoy working with children and are confident around parents

● Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

● Able to work with diverse communities, including expatriates

● Bilingualism is an advantage
