Responsibilities

• Handle air cargo shipments within the warehouse, manually or using forklifts.
• Check cargo documentation and real-time data to ensure operational and regulatory requirements are met.
• Attend to enquiries from airlines, agents and other third parties.
• Follow up and resolve day-to-day cargo operational issues.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of Cargo Handlers.
• Ensure cargo is loaded and unloaded on time and according to safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
• Good communication, coordination and supervisory skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy items.
• Able to work 6-day rotating shifts.
• Willing to undergo training and operate a forklift.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
