Job Description
Call Support Executive (1-Year Contract)
Salary: $2,760 per month
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Role Overview
You will support the nationwide transition from the ERP1 system to ERP2 by managing public feedback and queries. The role involves providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and offering insights to support policy review and ensure a smooth system transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and respond to calls, written feedback, and public queries relating to ERP2 installation and other ERP-related matters
- Stay updated on policies and operational processes to ensure accurate and consistent information dissemination
- Resolve feedback and queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Provide insights from public interactions and engagements to support policy formulation and improvements
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in feedback management, public communications, or service operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex or exceptional cases
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle challenging customer interactions
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
