Job Description
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and expand market presence within the waste management sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while working closely with operations and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in waste management services
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with operations teams
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
• Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure service deliverability
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proven business development or sales experience, preferably within waste management, environmental services, or industrial sectors
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and own a transport (mandatory)
