Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development Executive to support our expansion efforts. You will be responsible for building partnerships, generating leads, and creating new business opportunities through relationship management and strategic outreach.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and playing a key role in company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, bankers, lawyers, developers, and other referral partners

- Arrange and attend meetings with potential partners to introduce Mortgage Advisors’ services

- Follow up on leads and coordinate with mortgage consultants to ensure smooth handover

- Plan and execute marketing or partnership initiatives to increase brand visibility

- Maintain a database of partners, prospects, and lead sources

- Track and report business development activities and results

- Represent the company at networking events, roadshows, and industry functions

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and networking

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Organized and able to manage multiple relationships at once

- Prior experience in sales, business development, real estate, banking, or financial services is an advantage
