• Lead sales and business development initiatives for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) offerings across Asian markets.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Proactively engage with potential customers—both locally and internationally—to identify opportunities and promote MRO solutions with the goal of achieving sales objectives.
• Identify, initiate, and develop sales opportunities for assigned products to drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, including customer data, CRM updates, and sales reports, to support effective business trend analysis and opportunity tracking.
• Exhibit self-motivation, independence, and strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally based on business requirements.

Requirements

• Prefarabe 2-3 years of industrial sales experience.
• Knowledge of MRO, Cleanroom Consumables + PPE , Hand tools products etc will be advantageous.
