The Business Development Director is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the construction and contracting industry. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new tender, bid, and contract opportunities in construction, engineering, and related sectors.

• Lead the tendering process, including proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
