SnaccPaws is Singapore’s newest pet grooming & daycare concept, based in Bedok. We’re more than a grooming shop — we’re building a vibrant community for pet parents and their furkids. With premium grooming, spa add-ons, and daycare, our mission is simple: happy pets, happy owners.

Role: Business Development & Marketing (Part-Time / Full-Time / Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Drive new bookings via creative campaigns, local outreach, and referrals.
• Partnerships: Build collaborations with vets, pet cafés, pet food brands, and condo/HDB groups.
• Marketing: Run social media content (IG, TikTok, FB) — engaging stories, reels, promos.
• Events & Promotions: Plan pop-ups, roadshows, flyers, and pet-community activities.
• Brand Building: Be the face of SnaccPaws, ensuring every pet parent interaction is warm and engaging.
• Reporting: Track leads, conversions, and campaign ROI to guide strategy.

Requirements

• Love for pets (must be comfortable around dogs & cats).
• Sales/marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, networking, and digital skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Based in East Singapore is an advantage.

Compensation (Example Structure)

• Base: S$1800–2,500/month.
• Commission: S$10–$20 per new customer.
• Bonus: Tiered incentives if outlet hits S$10K / S$15K / S$20k revenue milestones.
