• Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting (IT)
• Position Title: Business Analyst
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (near MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
• Duration: Contract (2 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with portfolio managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements, and vice versa
• Design, test, and implement systems, tools, and processes in collaboration with IT, risk, finance teams, and external vendors to support front-office investment workflows
• Prepare detailed test plans for system or process enhancements and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for front-office systems and processes
• Coordinate with multiple departments to implement improvements and upgrades to front-office workflows
• Ensure front-office processes meet internal standards for data accuracy, security, and audit requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot front-office workflows; work with IT teams and service providers to resolve system issues
• Manage project implementation with vendors, including coordination and administrative matters
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, products, or workflow improvements
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in asset management or investment environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of user-focused design principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
• Experience in test planning, UAT support, and system documentation
• Ability to manage timelines and adapt to changing requirements
• Knowledge of investment systems (e.g., Murex, SimCorp, Aladdin, Charles River or similar)
• Understanding of public markets trade lifecycle, especially fixed income and FX
