Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Credit processes within either Wholesale or Retail Banking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation projects, particularly those involving Agentic AI and Blockchain technologies.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst in banking, with a focus on Credit (either Wholesale or Retail);
• Must have strong understanding of credit lifecycle processes including origination, underwriting, approval, disbursement, and collections;
• Experience in Data Analytics and SDLC;
• Experience in business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management;
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the credit domain;
• Experience with digital lending platforms or core banking transformation projects;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Agentic AI concepts or tools (e.g., AI agents, autonomous workflows);
• Understanding of Blockchain applications in banking, especially in areas such as smart contracts, syndicated lending, or identity verification;
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the credit domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit-related processes in wholesale or retail banking;
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical specifications;
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements aligned with digital transformation goals;
• Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects in projects involving Agentic AI (e.g., AI agents for decisioning, automation);
• Participate in design and development discussions for Blockchain-based solutions for credit, KYC, smart contracts, or syndicated lending;
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations;
• Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and use cases;
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in credit solutions.
