• Position Title: M&E Manager (Office Building Project)
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in all aspects of design and coordination activities
• Participate in technical and site meetings with consultants
• Review M&E drawings and collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues
• Manage M&E planning, interface coordination with consultants, and maintain document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approvals
• Organize, coordinate, and prepare all necessary construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings
• Ensure M&E works are executed in compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Report any technical or site issues to the Project Director or Project Manager
• Supervise site progress and monitor the advancement of works
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules

• Min. Diploma in M&E recognized by PE Board or with a BCA M&E Coordination certificate
• Min.10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects, Office Building experience is an advantage
• Experience in supervision of M&E building services works and in Coordinated Combined Services Models (CCSM) / Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings (SEM) coordination for projects of similar scale and complexity will be considered
