Job Description

• Developed and oversaw the creation of 3D BIM models in Revit that integrated architectural and structural components, supported collision detection, and allowed for drawing modifications.
• Create and update 2D drawings and 3D models in accordance with engineering specifications and design data.
• Before submitting, perform QA/QC checks to guarantee the quality of the model and drawings.
• Assist in preparing deliverables and BIM submissions in accordance with project specifications.
• Organize modeling-related tasks with engineers, drafters, BIM coordinators, and other stakeholders.

Requirement

• Degree inEngineering, Architecture, BIM, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure, and Revit MEP
• Relevant BIM training certificates are required.
• At least three years of BIM modeling and large-scale project coordinating experience in a construction company
• Capable of collaborating with others and requiring minimal guidance
• Prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects is preferred
