Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated BIM Intern specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to support our project team. This internship provides hands-on experience in BIM modeling using Revit, exposure to real-world projects, and the opportunity to learn industry standards and coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit.

• Support the preparation of drawings, layouts, and schedules from BIM models.

• Help update models based on design revisions and coordination feedback.

• Participate in model coordination and clash detection processes under supervision.

• Assist in maintaining organized BIM files, documentation, and version control.

• Support the team in preparing shop drawings and basic quantity take-offs.

• Attend coordination meetings and take notes when required.

• Follow company BIM standards and project guidelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit is preferred.

• Understanding of MEP systems is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.

• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
