INFANT CARE ASSISTANT TEACHER

Roles & Responsibilities
🍼 Infant Care & Development
- Uphold and support the Centre’s philosophy in infant care and development.
- Carry out caregiving routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and putting infants to sleep with care and attentiveness.
📘 Curriculum & Daily Programme
- Conduct professional practices in line with ECDA’s Early Years Development Framework.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate daily programmes and activities as assigned.
- Execute daily routines smoothly according to the Centre’s schedule.
👩👧 Safety & Well-being
- Attend to the health, hygiene, and safety needs of the infants.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports infants’ holistic development.
🤝 Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with fellow infant care teachers to ensure consistent and quality care.
- Support the Centre in festivals, events, and school activities preparation.
- Build positive and professional relationships with colleagues and parents.
Skills & Qualifications
- Passionate about working with infants and providing loving care
- Ability to engage infants with warmth, patience, and attentiveness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Relevant certification in infant/toddler care (e.g., Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent) will be an advantage
