Job Descripition

• Assist, plan and execute Mechanical/ Electrical/ Fire/ Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality and schedule.
• Review, understand and execute E&I engineering documents.
• Technical evaluation of E&I items for the project in accordance with Project/ client's specifications/ requirements.
• Prepare controls, SLD, liaise with PLC/ BMS vendors.
• Able to drive project progress and scheduling
• Provide technical submission of proposal/ drawings/ MOS/ RA etc.
• Attend site meetings and necessary site walk.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external stake holder.
• Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of working experience in for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary system, fire system (MEPL).
• Well verse in MEPL system knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Well verse in Chiller, Cooling tower, Chiller pump, AHU, FCU, MV fans, Ducting
