Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Senior / HR Executive
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports to respective personal
• Work Pass administration work (Application, Issuance, Renewal, Replacement, Cancellation)
• To partner with Learning & Development team for training registration
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained as safe work procedure
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary school or Diploma level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Entry level candidates are encourage to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
• Experience in Construction field is an added advantage

Others

• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
• 2-way transport between Clementi MRT station and Office
