Job Summary

Assist dormitory management during incidents and events, engage with clients and residents to address concerns, and support the Estate Manager in overseeing dormitory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of resident service executives, security officers, maintenance officer and cleaning staff to ensure smooth dormitory operations
• Conduct random inspections of units to prevent prohibited items and verify authorized resident access
• Maintain and update dormitory management systems to ensure accurate records
• Enforce dormitory rules by monitoring resident compliance and taking appropriate corrective actions
• Assist in managing isolation and sick bay cases, coordinating follow-up actions with team members
• Organize and execute fire safety drills and emergency response exercises to ensure resident preparedness
• Support the planning and facilitation of dormitory activities such as flea markets, variety shows, and sports events
• Respond promptly to enquiries from clients and employers during office hours to provide accurate information and assistance
• Engage with residents to collect feedback on living conditions and address issues like noise and cleanliness
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support dormitory operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or estate management

• Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Pleasant personality with effective communication skills
• Immediate availability is advantageous
