Job Summary

Prepare and deliver architectural drawings and submission documents that comply with government standards and client requirements, supporting project approvals and coordination across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings that comply with government standards and regulatory requirements to ensure project approval readiness
• Incorporate and resolve client design queries to align architectural plans with client expectations and project specifications
• Prepare detailed plans, documents, and forms for submission through the CoreNet system to facilitate regulatory review processes
• Create and customize drawings for submission to agencies including JTC, HDB, URA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, LTA, NParks, and BCA, ensuring compliance with each agency’s specific requirements
• Compile and prepare final submission packages for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) to support project completion approvals
• Participate actively in project coordination, technical, and contractor meetings to communicate design progress, resolve issues, and align multidisciplinary teams toward project milestones
