Position: Planning Executive
Salary: up to $3500
Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat)
(one week of night shift: 5pm-1.30am)
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and plan area for loading of shipment to optimum efficiency.
• Monitor the freight's progress and make sure all pertinent parties are informed.
• Closely collaborate with airlines on rate, tracking, and other inquiries.
• Developing, upholding, and evaluating the selling rate and purchasing from carriers and customers.
• Ensuring that every shipment is finished and lifted on schedule at the agreed-upon fee with the airline and the customer.
• Providing the team and stakeholders with a progress report and profit/loss figures.
• Managing tenders and RFPs.
• Assist sales in providing the best answers by coordinating with them on sales inquiries.
• Capable of understanding all airline and customer buying/selling rates.
• Capable of organizing every BUP cargo for consolidation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant working experience.
• Able to work night shift.
