Position: Billing Executive
Salary: up to $4000
Working Day: Mon-Fri | 9am-6.30pm
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)

Job Responsibilities:

Invoicing and Billing

• Create and deliver precise bills to clients or customers.
• Make sure that the company's policies, customer agreements, and payment terms are followed while billing.
• Examine customer accounts and billing records to make sure they are accurate and comprehensive.
• Resolve billing inconsistencies and inaccuracies as soon as possible.

Data Entry and Record Keeping

• Enter billing information into the business's billing or accounting system.
• Keep thorough records of all transactions, invoices, and payment histories.
• Make that the system has the most recent client and payment information.

Payment Processing

• Ensure prompt collection by tracking and monitoring client payments.
• Reach out to clients by phone, email, or letter to inquire about past-due payments.
• Resolve any payment difficulties and apply payments to the appropriate accounts.

Customer Service

• Respond to and settle client billing questions and disagreements.
• Assist customers with invoicing and payment issues.
• Help clients resolve invoice-related concerns or set up payment plans.

Reporting

• Create and produce billing and payment status reports on a regular basis for management.
• Help reconcile the balances of accounts receivable.
• Keep thorough records to help in financial report preparation.

Compliance and Auditing

• Make sure that billing procedures adhere to industry standards, company rules, and financial regulations.
• By supplying the required paperwork and supplementary data, you may support audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant working experience.
• Must have Cargowise One system experience.
