Job Summary

Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution phases of architectural projects to meet client requirements and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve issues
• Oversee and motivate internal and external teams to maintain productivity and collaboration throughout project lifecycle
• Utilize ARCHICAD and Photoshop software to develop architectural designs and presentations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of local architectural experience
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
