Our client, a reputable Japanese construction MNC, is seeking an experienced Application Engineer [Nintex/ Sharepoint] to join their APAC HQ team in Singapore.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to develop and support digital solutions that streamline business processes across the Singapore office and regional operations. You will work closely with business users to design, implement, and maintain workflow-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements

• Develop and support workflow applications (e.g., Nintex, SharePoint Online)

• Automate manual processes into digital solutions

• Maintain application documentation and system design

• Ensure secure application setup (role-based access, permissions)

• Enhance and optimise existing systems

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for system delivery and support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with Nintex Forms & Workflow (strong advantage)

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online development

• Knowledge of business process automation

• Understanding of secure access and permission management

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
