We are currently seeking a motivated Administrative Executive to be part of our Valuation Advisory team.

You will support the delivery of administrative support for valuation services across a wide range of property types. This includes data entry, handling telephone and email enquiries, preparing valuation reports for valuers and fee advice forms. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of quality in all valuation work.

Job Description:

  •  Provide full administrative support to our in-house valuers
  • Draft, check and prepare valuation reports for valuers
  • Ensure timely submission of valuation reports to our clients/bank and law firms
  • Prepare fee advice form for Finance Department for creation of tax invoices
  • Data Entry of completed valuation report into the VMS system
  • Handle all telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple  tasks efficiently
  • Proactive, Efficient, Flexible, and able to adapt to fast-paced environment
