Job Scope:

• Take orders from customers and key in orders into the system accurately
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email (Customer Service support)
• Prepare and issue invoices to the operation team / relevant department
• Ensure all invoices and documents are properly recorded
• Perform paper filing and maintain proper documentation
• Update and maintain data accuracy in the system
• Coordinate with operation team for order and delivery follow-up
• Assist in any administrative tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in customer service or administrative role
• Experience in order processing and invoicing is an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry
• Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office / system usage
• Preferably Mandarin speaker

Working Hours : 4pm to 1am
