Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls, distribution of mails, and arrangement of courier services.
• Process company certificates and registrations (e.g., BCA, bizSAFE, ISO, GGBS, CRS).
• Handle purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
• Monitor usage and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Organize company events and activities.
• Manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
• Handle general office administration tasks such as record keeping, correspondences, and procurement of office supplies.
• Assist in store room and inventory management.
• Assist in company contract arrangements (non-project related).
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Assist in foreign worker recruitment, including work pass applications and accommodation arrangements.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
