Location: Serangoon

Duration: 6 months (maternity cover)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am- 6pm

Salary: Up to $3500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the local Management team and Admin/IT Department.
• Provide systems’ support, licenses tracking, training records and service administrative support to the Service Department.
• Enable smooth office operation by managing all aspects of office administration and facilities management.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Manage and support employees’ travel arrangements, and immigration liaison/ support to business visitors.
• Act as a liaison with other departments and internal/ external business partners and vendors, including Management staff and all levels of employees.
• Prepare invoices, sales orders, reports, memos, letters, statements and other documents.
• Visitors’ management and office access control.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondences.
• Provide support to employees’ events organization

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field with 2 years of administrative experience
