Part 1 – Facilities & Infrastructure

• Manage doorbell access, EM locks, and lockers.
• Oversee building management, including fire warden duties and monthly rent.
• Handle regular office maintenance (plants, landscaping, water dispensers, plumbing, humidifiers) and monthly utilities

Part 2 – Office Services and Supplies

• Coordinate stationery and pantry supplies.
• Supervise cleaning services and courier arrangements (both local and overseas).
• Manage business cards.

Part 3 – Office Event & Engagement

• Organize SG communications and events.
• Arrange event catering.
• Handle access passes for visitors, contractors, new joiners, and exiting employees

Part 4 – Payment Order and Payment Release

• Provide payment support for office management and local marketing and sales teams.
• Process and release payment orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Min Diploma n any related field
• Experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent Stakeholder management with great verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Strong knowledge and Experience in MS Office and related applications
