2Nats is hiring an Admin & Operations Intern to assist with internal administration, operations coordination, and general online digital work.

This is an admin-focused internship for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to help with documents, trackers, scheduling, and internal support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will assist with:

• Organising, filing, and maintaining internal documents using proper naming and version-control practices
• Preparing and formatting internal materials, including documents, checklists, SOPs, and templates
• Providing scheduling support for internal meetings only, together with follow-up tracking
• Updating and maintaining internal spreadsheets and trackers for tasks, vendors, inventories, and other operational items
• Carrying out basic online research to support internal operations, including preparing short summaries and sourcing references
• Helping with general online digital work as needed
