Job Description:

Stag Match is seeking for experienced Curriculum Developer and Teacher , specifically a Singapore MOE-trained teacher, specializing in MOE Mathematics for Primary 5 and 6 levels. We request the curriculum developer to enhance our existing curriculum to meet the needs of high-ability learners, incorporating online teaching methodologies, and developing comprehensive training materials for educators and train the trainer .She/He Must be NIE Trained / EX or current School TEacher . 2 to 3 half day adjunct position

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Enhancement: Revise and enhance the existing Primary 5 and 6 Mathematics curriculum to cater to advanced learners, ensuring strict alignment with Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) standards and best practices.
• Online Adaptation: Develop engaging and effective online learning materials, including digital resources, interactive activities, and assessments, informed by your experience with MOE online platforms.
• Scheme of Work (SOW) Development: Create detailed and comprehensive SOWs for online and in-person instruction, outlining learning objectives, activities, and assessment strategies, reflecting the structure and expectations of MOE lesson planning.
• Teacher Training: Deliver train-the-trainer workshops to equip educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement the enhanced curriculum effectively, leveraging your understanding of MOE pedagogical approaches.
• Assessment Design: Develop formative and summative assessments to accurately measure student progress and understanding, aligning with MOE assessment principles.
• Resource Development: Create supplementary resources, such as practice worksheets, problem-solving activities, and extension materials, to support differentiated instruction, informed by your knowledge of MOE resource guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a primary school teacher or curriculum writer, preferably in mathematics education for primary levels.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore MOE mathematics curriculum framework and pedagogical approaches.
• Experience in developing online learning materials and utilizing educational technology.
• Excellent knowledge of pedagogical principles and instructional design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train educators.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
