• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing - Aerospace
• Position Title: Accounts Officer (GL)/ Accounts Assistant (GL)
• Working Location: Loyang Way
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5.18 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly account closings and maintain the general ledger with all required supporting schedules.
• Manage journal entries in the ERP system.
• Oversee the Fixed Assets Register and update monthly book rates in the ERP system.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Prepare GST schedules and file GST returns.
• Conduct year-end closing procedures and respond to audit queries, providing necessary schedules to auditors.
• Provide information for tax computations to the tax agent.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general ledger and accounts closing functions.
