Location: Tuas; Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable processes, including verifying supplier invoices, processing payments, and maintaining AP schedules.
• Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accurate records.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of accounting transactions.
• Support finance-related projects and undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Knowledge of DIVA reporting system is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
