We are seeking a responsible and proactive Accounts Executive who can work independently and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MYOB accounting software
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts
• Possess a Diploma and/or LCCI equivalent qualification
• Reports directly to the Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks using MYOB for a portfolio of companies
• Maintain a full set of accounts and ensure timely submission of monthly management reports
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns
• Prepare annual XBRL financial statements
• Assist in audit queries and the preparation of audit schedules
• Support tax-related matters and liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Coordinate with the company secretary on secretarial filings and compliance matters
• Communicate with banks on account-related issues
