Job Description & Requirements

  • Review, cross-reference invoices and handle accounts billing tasks
  • Manage posting of invoices on different digital platforms
  • Compiling invoices and credit notes for customer distribution
  • Responding to inquiries from different departments.
  • Aid in bank reconciliation and diligently follow up to clear any unreconciled items.
  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related.
  • Candidates with no prior experience who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy
  • This role is a maternity cover, and candidates must be able to commit to the period from 20–24 April to 14 August 2026
