Process and record customer payments through various payment methods.

Reconcile bank receipts and investigate discrepancies.

Verify invoices and make necessary adjustments when required.

Support month-end billing and posting of journal entries.

Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders and customers.

Assist with system testing during upgrades and ensure data accuracy.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
