Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to join our team. Theideal candidate should be able to handle full set of accounts and be familiar with Singapore tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Perform GST filing and ensure timely submission
• Prepare corporate tax computation and filing (Form C-S / Form C)
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial reporting standards and regulations
• Assist in any other ad hoc finance-related duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience with GST filing, corporate tax, full set accounts, and financial statements
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
• Able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience in audit or tax
• Familiar with Singapore accounting and tax regulations

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $3,300 – $4,200 (commensurate with experience)
