Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the full set of accounts with accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare and submit month-end financial reporting packs

• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for management review and approval

• Manage cash forecasts and submit monthly HFM reports to Japan

• Process payments, perform bank reconciliations, and follow up on collections

• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, and bankers as required

• Handle ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or ACCA qualification

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiarity with SAP

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
