Hiring: Academic Executive

Location: Kovan / Town

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6pm (alternate Sat may be required from 9am-1pm)

Salary range: $2800 to $3500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:
1.           Monitor the number of students for various programs and schedule for all potential new courses.

2.           Responsible for manning the High School programme.

3.           Oversee the activation of relief teachers

4.           Overseeing the teachers’ classroom observation

5.           Preparation of new class timetable, resources etc

6.           Conduct course induction and orientation for new teachers

7.           Management & Supervision of teachers’ duties & committee

8.           Monitoring the movement of the report books

9.           Monitoring the distribution of students' ID

10.        Add/Remove students from the communication platform

11.        Monitoring the printing of students' certificates for enrichment activities.

12.        Checking of documents and make sure all academic processes in place

13.        Assisting teachers’ in printing of lesson materials

14.        Attending to phone calls and take down messages for Directors

15.        Assist in booking of conference rooms for meetings etc

16.        Execute the workplans of the department torealise the department and college objectives

17.        Ensure all administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures

18.        To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures

19.        Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. Good command of written and spoken English

2. Neat and meticulous, with strong follow-up skills

3. Able to work independently as well as in a team

4. Ability to meet deadlines
