📍 Location: Tai Seng

⏰ Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

💰 Salary: $15/hour

✨ Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes & track next steps
• Break down projects into tasks & set timeframes
• Create and update workflows
• Process quotations & issue purchase orders
• Liaise with customers and vendors on quotations and deliveries

✨ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration OR open to fresh graduates (training provided)
• Work experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or similar role is an advantage
• Experience with applying work progress permit will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong organizational & time-management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
