About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and committed WSHO cum ECO to join our project team. The ideal candidate will ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental standards are rigorously enforced and maintained across our Home Improvement Programme (HIP) construction projects..

Requirements:

• Certified and Registered WSHO in accordance with MOM regulations
• Certified Environment Control Officer (ECO) in accordance with MOM and NEA requirements
• Attended Risk Management Training
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of WSH Act and all regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude and proactive mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• Preferably possess own transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in identifying and assessing workplace risks
• Conduct regular site safety inspections to ensure compliance with MOM WSH Acts and Regulations
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and environmental controls on site
• Organise and conduct Monthly WSH Committee meetings; compile and submit safety reports
• Inspect construction site facilities and equipment to eliminate environmental health hazards
• Supervise workers in implementing proper safety practices in accordance with regulations
• Respond to and manage feedback or reports of irregularities on-site
• Support project teams with all safety, health, and environmental compliance documentation
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
