Job Description
AA International is seeking a qualified and experienced Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Trainer to conduct safety training courses in accordance with Singapore’s WSH legislation and industry standards. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and compliant training programmes to workers and supervisors across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct WSH training courses in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, related regulations, and approved Codes of Practice
Deliver WSQ safety training sessions (classroom and practical)
Prepare and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
Ensure accurate training records, attendance, and assessment documentation
Stay updated on current MOM, WSH Council, and industry requirements
Promote a strong safety culture among trainees
Support audits, inspections, and course evaluations when required
Job Requirements
Possess a valid WSH Trainer certification recognised by MOM / WSH Council (e.g. ACTA, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment)
Relevant WSH qualifications (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH, Diploma in WSH, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience conducting WSH training or relevant industry experience
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation, regulations, and Codes of Practice
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage trainees of different backgrounds and education levels
Experience with WSQ framework will be an advantage
